Have you heard about FREE Bulky Pickup?

Frontier Waste Solutions offers City of Gonzales Residents one free bulky pickup a year!

How does it work?

When the resident has extra bulk waste, even something larger like a kitchen appliance or mattress, that they need to get rid of they call City of Gonzales at 1-830-672-2815. They will let the customer know the day of pickup, usually within the customer's next two normally scheduled trash pick up days. Then the customer can put up to 5 cubic yards of trash on their curb (a washer and dryer, side by side, is about 3 cubic yards). That's 5 cubic yards of trash that you won't have to haul off!

Garbage Rates

Adopted March 1, 2020, Effective April 2020 Billing

Garbage must be out by 7:00 am on the day of pick-up.

Residential Urban

$14.25 per month for curbside service once per week. Includes one bulky pick-up a year that has to be scheduled with City of Gonzales.
Extra Trash Cart - $6.33 per month

Residential - Rural

$16.50 per month for curbside service once per week.

Extra Trash Cart -$6.33

Recycle every other week $11.00

Commercial Hand Pickup - Once per week.

$33.60 per month for maximum volume of 96 gallons per pickup.

Extra cart is same price as regular.

Every other week-$11.20

Every week-$22.40

Dumpsters

Dumpsters billed directly by Frontier Waste Solutions, call 888-854-2905.

Brush Collection Fees Adopted October 3, 2017, Effective November 2017 Billing
Monthly Fee	$5.00 per month per customer.
Additional Charge	$20.00 for each additional 15 minutes period when the actual loading time exceeds 15 minutes per pick-up.

Waste Drop-Off Effective October 2017
Everyone will be charged for waste drop-off
Drop-Off Days	Wednesday 8:00am-4:00pm, or until full
Items Accepted	Bulky Waste, Refuse
Not Accepted	Wet Waste, Brush, Hazardous Waste, Tires, Concrete chunks
Everyone will be assessed the following fees:
Truck Load	$25.00
Trailer Load, up to 16 foot	$200.00
