COPE (Community Outreach People Empowerment) will hold a Sensory Social Adult Autism Event, at the Edwards Center, 1427 Fly St., Gonzales, from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, May 29. There will be activities, entertainment, games, resources, creative art, educaqtion and more for adults 16 and older.
There will be “Spectrum Groove Stage” performances by Come and Take It Dance. Also there will be drawings for ready to win prizes: a 55-inch smart TV, a karaoke machine, a movie smart projector with movie screen, an Apple iPad and an outdoor pizza oven.
The event is sponsored by COPE (Community Outreach People Empowerment), powered by CHCSCT, and hosted by Edwards Association and COPE.
